Grateful for the Journey — Conquering 2018
The "Gratitude in Partnership, Triumph in 2018" Annual Gathering of Zhejiang Yading Electric was held at the Yueqing Hualian Hotel. In appreciation of the diligent efforts of our partners, the entire staff of Paiqin gathered together to welcome the arrival of the New Year and look forward to achieving even greater success. Through the cycle of spring, summer, autumn, and winter—through fair weather and storm—the seasons have passed swiftly. Having bid farewell to 2017, we now join hands to step boldly into 2018.
In 2017, the company continued to grow amidst challenges and pressures. Addressing past shortcomings, we refined key strategies, including our *Sales Policies*, *Performance Assessment Policies*, and *Management Regulations*.
Our Human Resources department fully implemented KPI-based performance assessments, thereby enhancing our employees' sense of mission and responsibility while simultaneously boosting their income. Furthermore, we increased investment in production equipment and fixed assets, and accelerated the pace of new product R&D and market launches—closely tracking market trends to ensure a continuous stream of new offerings. Across all departments, we maintained a rigorous focus on production details and quality awareness.
2018 marks a year of ambitious plans for the company; our objectives have become even clearer, and we are intensifying our efforts in areas such as institutional development, product R&D, and brand influence. As we look ahead to 2018, we will uphold our core values—Integrity, Quality, Innovation, Dedication, Collaboration, and Mutual Success.
